
We partnered with Rapha to create a comprehensive VM Playbook, bringing together all of their store visual merchandising guidelines into one clear, cohesive and easy-to-update document. Designed as a fully graphic, user-friendly toolkit, the playbook centralised key information—from signage placement and focal area standards to product hierarchy and display principles.
By streamlining previously scattered resources, the playbook now enables the Rapha team to update content quickly and consistently as new campaigns launch. It also provides clear visual installation guides, ensuring retail and installation teams know exactly where each element should be placed, removing ambiguity and supporting flawless execution in every store worldwide.
