For Rapha’s global AW25 EF Celebration launch, we partnered with the brand to design and update their in-store focal areas, beginning with detailed 3D models and GA drawings to secure approvals and ensure every element aligned with their retail standards. With store layouts varying across regions, Rapha needed a clear, adaptable planogram that could be applied seamlessly to any environment.

We developed a streamlined, easy-to-follow toolkit that defined product placement, storytelling hierarchy and focal point updates, enabling retail teams worldwide to execute the campaign efficiently and confidently.
